Common practices regarding designs in Europe
Marques Class 46 reports about the release of the Common Communication for the CP6 project on Graphical representation of a Design – the first Common Communication in the area of designs. It gives very helpful and at the same time useful insights about how exactly one design should be represented in the relevant application in 29 European countries. Thus, the uncertainty in relation with design graphic representation diminishes significantly.
